He has worked with several excellent management companies over the years, both boutique and corporate, all of whom taught him many of the fundamentals of the industry. Will was also fortunate to grow up in a close family that dedicated their careers to real estate and investing, and helped instill in him the values and techniques it takes to build a profitable business and rental portfolio.

As a six-generation Raleighite, Will knows the city like the back of his hand, and has seen it grow leaps and bounds over the years. He loves to explore its history and new developments, and gets passionate about contributing to Raleigh’s growth and unique charm.

Throughout his career, Ron has led multi-state property portfolios, managed

large-scale real estate operations, and guided clients through complex

transactions with a focus on communication, integrity, and results. As a

teacher at heart, he enjoys meeting new people, building lasting

relationships, and assisting clients in finding the perfect home. His

passion for helping others allows him to simplify the real estate process,

ensuring every client feels informed and confident every step of the way.

When he's not working with clients, Ron enjoys spending time with his two

grown sons, his beloved poodles, and exploring the beautiful North Carolina

coast.

Lee loves to work with both first-time and veteran investors that own single family properties, and has several years experience working in student housing.

Outside of work, Lee enjoys keeping up with anything motorsports related. On the weekends you’ll typically find him on a local race track or trails riding his dirt bike with his dad. Born and raised in Durham, Lee loves to explore the city with his friends, checking out local hotspots and breweries such as MotorCo, Full Steam, and Ponysaurus.

Back home in Honduras, Giselas parents are both local pastors in their small community, and her father builds and manages small rental properties for tenants in their town.  Gisela graduated from the University of Honduras with a degree in architecture, and has a huge passion for design.  With this knowledge and passion for architecture, along with her coaching abilities in her fitness career, Gisela has decided to chase her dream in real estate and help landlords like her father, secure great tenants and take care of their rental investments.  Her commitment to exceptional customer service and desire to create a positive environment for her clients make her an exceptional manager at Highland.  When not at work, Gisela has a wild hair for extreme sports!  At any moment, you can find scaling the side of a stone wall, or mountain biking through some scenic trails; even catching some gnarly waves at the beach or jumping out of a perfectly good airplane!  You will never see her without a smile, and you can hear her constant laughter from a mile away.  Gisela is a true legend at Highland and we are thrilled to have her on the team!

Cierra is kind at heart, and warm and generous with everyone she meets. Over the years, Cierra’s intelligence, integrity and energetic spirit have helped build Will’s portfolio more than anyone could have imagined. She is an integral part of the Highland team, and excited to help our owners grow. During her downtime, you can typically find Cierra working out at the gym, our spending lots of quality time with her husband, Danny, and new baby boy.

Known for her attention to detail, dependable communication, and warm personality, Gale is committed to providing exceptional service and helping clients receive the financial information they need. Her dedication, problem-solving skills, and positive attitude make her a trusted resource and an invaluable member of the Highland family.

Outside of work, Gale enjoys camping with her family, attending Jeep events, spending time with her grandchildren, and playing with her two dogs, Sawyer and Maizie. Her caring spirit is what truly makes "Mama Gale" a cherished part of the team.

In his current role as a Leasing Assistant, Abner specializes in managing inquiries, coordinating schedules, and ensuring a smooth experience for prospective tenants. His ability to stay organized, respond efficiently, and maintain clear communication allows him to support leasing operations with consistency and professionalism. Being bilingual in English and Spanish, he connects easily with a diverse range of clients.

Beyond his professional work, Abner is passionate about music, marketing, and communication. He enjoys playing drums, staying active, and continuously learning new skills that help him grow both personally and professionally. His curiosity and people-oriented mindset drive him to always improve and deliver value in every interaction.
